I love the dentists at this facility and the dental hygienists have always been wonderful. However, it has really been a terrible experience to actually get the appointment you scheduled. My ENTIRE last year of dental appointments they have called me the day before the appointment to cancel and I have had to be rescheduled 1.5 to 3 months later. This has happened every single time with them which is incredibly frustrating. Every single time they tell me some excuse about staffing issues, but it says a lot to have 100% of your appointments for the entire year effected by staffing issues. I really think this office needs a new office coordinator and/or scheduling procedures.
